Craft - spoon rack turned necklace hanger

A spoon rack is a great way to hang your necklaces!

I thrifted a vintage spoon rack, spraypainted it white, and ta-da! Done! I have so many necklaces to hang and I think this is a cute way to do it.

Outfit

This was an outfit put together a couple years ago actually.
Dress and belt thrifted. Dress is actually a skirt, haha.

more furniture transformations

Here are a few recent furniture transformations I've done.
A Pair of white nightstands and a lovely black credenza. Both sold, but wanted them for myself!

Thrifty finds for my room

Here are a few new thrift scores that I've added as decor in my room.

thrifted owl
This adorable little owl I thrifted and sprayprainted yellow to match my yellow/gray/white room theme. I think he holds pencils :) or maybe toothbrushes.

empty frames
I love the look of empty frames so I thrifted a bunch and painted them. I do realize some are crooked haha. I am so geometrically challenged. But you get the idea :)

Cute little side table

Found this little table at the Goodwill. It was in pretty bad condition on the top, tons of wood flaking off.

So painted it a creamy white, then using Valspar Asphaltum Antiquing Glaze, brushed some on all the nooks and crannies. This piece is absolutely adorable with all its handcarved little details! I love the little balls on the legs, and the drawer designs are just awesome.

It had a super cute hidden drawer inside which I painted white and decoupaged with some cute paper.

Wish I could have kept her, but I sold her today!

end table makeover

Picked up this 1960s end table (or maybe it could be a small coffee table?) at the Goodwill for $10. Thought it would look good black.

I LOVE the hardware on it. So pretty. Painted it a semigloss black. Simple, but I like it.

Obsessed with empty frames

I LOVE the look of empty frames hung on a wall, especially them all being the same color. Some inspiration pics:

Definitely on the hunt at Goodwill for some frames to make a wall collection like one of these.

First salvage

Yay! My first post!

My first salvage was this $7 nightstand from Salvation Army:

I gave it a little makeover with white paint, and painted the brass hardware black.

I also lined the drawers (using modpodge) with cute black and white paper.

Someone is coming to buy her tonight! Yay!
